Required Qualifications & Experience:

Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Hospital-based therapy experience preferred Strong organizational and assessment skills Demonstrated ability to delegate and supervise support staff Excellent communication and patient education abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations using a variety of assessment tools Develop, implement, and routinely update individualized treatment plans based on patient progression and evaluation findings Submit written, physician-coordinated treatment regimes and co-sign verbal orders as needed Coordinate treatment schedules with patients, families, and care teams, ensuring optimal frequency and duration Provide education and guidance about diagnosis, treatment rationale, and alternatives to patients and caregivers
