Schedule 8-hour Day shift, 8x Job Description We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans while managing a diverse patient population. Floating to other clinics may be required. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions as per treatment plans. Manage a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week. See an average of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected. Coordinate and communicate with other clinic staff as necessary. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in therapy practice. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Single-State CO Physical Therapy license, or confirmation of application. Outpatient experience is preferred.
