Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluative skills Effective communicator, skilled in educating patients, families, and colleagues Commitment to professional standards, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs and physician goals Direct and delegate therapy services, ensuring safe and effective program design for community reintegration Promote a culture of safety for patients and colleagues, adhering strictly to infection control, safe patient handling, and clinic safety guidelines Accurately document medical records, treatment goals, insurance compliance, and progress using approved formats Participate in student mentoring as assigned, supporting positive educational experiences Comply with State Practice Act, licensure requirements, and continuous education standards Contribute proactively to performance and quality improvement initiativesBenefits & Perks:
