Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Client requires experience treating geriatric populations and familiarity with post-acute care protocols preferred. Ability to complete documentation in electronic medical records systems. Experience with SNF-focused EMRs preferred.
