Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; typical full-time outpatient hours In this role, you will: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans consistent with patient needs and physician directives. Direct and delegate therapy services, ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration and superior patient outcomes. Promote and uphold the highest standards of patient and employee safety, emphasizing safe practices in patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and injury prevention. Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering ongoing learning and engagement. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation, in line with all clinic, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives, actively pursuing continued education and contributing feedback to enhance performance. Demonstrate commitment to organizational values—delivering quality, treating others with respect, and fostering a results-oriented, team-focused culture.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, eligible to practice in the assigned state Prior experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and evaluation skills Committed to professional ethics, confidentiality, and accountability
