Desired Experience/Qualifications:
Valid, current Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma (or eligibility) Acute care and rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Proven ability to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and families, supporting long-term health goals Maintain detailed, accurate patient records
