Desired Skills & Experience:
Valid Physical Therapy license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Previous inpatient hospital PT experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic planning skills Commitment to collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of diagnoses Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehab specialists Track patient progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough records Educate patients and their families on continuing care and recovery strategies Contribute to quality improvement and uphold evidence-based practices
