Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical reasoning and patient-centered goals. Delegate and direct therapy services to ensure optimal care, while designing functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration. Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers, creating positive learning environments and providing appropriate supervision for students. Maintain clear, concise, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with policy, regulation, and insurance requirements. Promote a safe environment for both patients and colleagues by adhering to clinic safety protocols and maintaining a culture of safety awareness. Uphold standards for personal appearance, attendance, punctuality, and compliance with all relevant regulations and professional codes of conduct. Actively pursue professional development through continuing education and engagement in performance improvement initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing or eligibility for licensure. Demonstrated experience in hospital, outpatient, or similar therapy settings. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to patient and staff safety and high-quality care.
