Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license (required) Previous hospital experience strongly preferred Proficiency in evaluating, planning, and administering a wide range of therapeutic interventions Exceptional communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team Strong organizational and time-management abilities Commitment to patient safety and quality care outcomesKey Responsibilities:
Assess and interpret patient needs to establish individualized therapy plans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses and complexity levels Guide patients and families through therapy exercises and educational resources to maximize recovery and promote independence Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care Accurately document evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries in the electronic health record Contribute to hospital initiatives to continuously improve patient care standards This role provides a rewarding environment where your expertise and dedication are highly valued.
