Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Physical Therapy Clinical experience in hospital or outpatient therapy preferred Strong clinical evaluation, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patient goals and physician direction Delegate and direct all aspects of discipline-specific therapy services Design functional therapy programs facilitating safe return to community activities Educate patients, families, students, and peers; participate in mentorship programs as assigned Maintain detailed, timely documentation compliant with regulatory standards Uphold safety protocols and core values, prioritizing patient and employee well-being Participate actively in performance improvement initiatives and professional development plans
