Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations Proficiency in gross motor assessments, orthopedic and neuro case management Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to adapt to business casual dress code

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 10 visits per day (50 per week) Conduct comprehensive gross motor and functional assessments Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic injuries (post-op care, Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, rotator cuff repair, fractures, and more) Address neuro conditions such as Alzheimer's, vestibular/vertigo, and degenerative diseases Document all therapy sessions using Next Gen Screening/Building Caseload tools Collaborate closely with other care providers for optimal patient outcomes
