Current, active State license as a Physical Therapist (required) Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based therapy settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Ability to design functional treatment programs tailored to patient needs Commitment to safety protocols and organizational core values Excellent communication and organizational skillsResponsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and implement detailed treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction Manage documentation accurately in line with facility procedures and regulatory guidelines Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain necessary licensure and continuing education Guide, mentor, and supervise students when assigned Foster a safe and respectful environment through adherence to patient and employee safety standardsBenefits & Perks:
