Schedule/Hours:
Travel role with flexible scheduling (exact hours based on assignment needs)Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans. Implement and modify therapy programs per patient progress and physician guidance. Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients. Document clinical findings and treatment in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements. Educate patients, families, and peers while contributing to student programs as appropriate. Promote safety for patients and staff, upholding high standards in all aspects of care and workplace environment. Commit to professional growth through ongoing education and engagement in performance improvement activities.Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience in hospital outpatient or similar clinical environments preferred. Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practice.
