Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; full-time hours
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in coordination with patient goals and physician direction. Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring high-quality patient care. Design functional, goal-oriented treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities. Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Complete comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and clinic policies. Promote patient and employee safety, following established protocols for patient handling, infection control, and workplace safety. Participate in competency and performance improvement initiatives, offering feedback and contributing to quality outcomes. Maintain professional licensure and adhere to state practice acts and professional codes of conduct.
Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings strongly preferred Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills Ability to educate and collaborate with diverse individuals and teams Commitment to ongoing professional development
