Travel/Contract role (specific schedule to be discussed in interview)Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid, current licensure as a Physical Therapist Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital therapy environment preferred Familiarity with designing individualized treatment plans and setting patient-centered goals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients, families, and coworkers Commitment to upholding professional ethics, safety, and organizational core valuesResponsibilities:
Comprehensive evaluation and documentation of assigned patients Creation, implementation, and modification of individualized treatment plans under physician direction Delegation and direction of therapy services for assigned patients Development of functional programs to support patient return to community activities Education and mentorship for patients, families, students, and peers Consistent adherence to clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, punctuality, and compliance Engagement in professional development, including participation in student programs and completion of continuing education requirements Diligent focus on safety for patients, staff, and self, following all safety protocols, including infection control and workplace hazard identificationBenefits & Perks:
