Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required. (Client specific) Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations in SNF settings; target productivity ranges:

PTA 93-95

% preferred, PT 90-92% referenced by client. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and patient care protocols preferred.
