Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current state Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility) Experience or demonstrated competency in evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy for diverse patient populations Strong documentation skills in compliance with healthcare guidelines Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Commitment to patient and employee safety in all aspects of practice Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations; develop and adjust individualized treatment plans per physician guidance Lead and supervise assigned therapy services, encouraging functional, community-based patient outcomes Educate patients, families, fellow staff, and students as appropriate Model professional conduct and uphold ethical standards across all interactions Document patient care accurately and efficiently, meeting all regulatory and organizational requirements Support a positive, safe working environment and advocate for continuous improvements in quality of care
