Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in applicable state, or eligibility to obtain Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy strongly preferred Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills Excellent communication, documentation, and time management abilities Commitment to patient safety, ethical care, and continuous learning
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and design individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs and physician direction Deliver, delegate, and supervise therapy services, ensuring safe and effective programs to support a return to daily activities Document treatment progress, goals, and insurance requirements in compliance with policies and regulations Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students; foster a positive learning environment for student interns Engage in ongoing professional development, participate in organizational quality improvement, and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards Proactively ensure a safe work environment, following clinic guidelines for safety, attendance, and appearance
