Qualifications:
Must hold active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings strongly preferred Strong commitment to safety, patient-centered care, and adherence to regulatory standards Ability to foster positive learning environments for patients, families, and students Demonstrated dedication to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with physician directives and patient goals Delegate and direct therapy services appropriately, ensuring the highest standard of care Design functional therapy programs for effective reintegration into community activities Educate patients, families, and colleagues Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements Participate actively in student programs and professional development initiatives Uphold organizational safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
