Key Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive evaluations and design tailored treatment plans for each patient, ensuring effective progression toward discharge goals Direct and delegate therapy services for assigned patients in alignment with physician directives and state, federal, and organizational standards Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and actively participate in clinical performance improvement initiatives Uphold and model high standards of patient and employee safety, adhering to protocols regarding patient handling, infection control, and workplace hazards Engage in continuous professional development, participating in student mentorship and embracing opportunities for ongoing learning Exhibit commitment to organizational core values: superior care, teamwork, results orientation, and resourcefulness

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in applicable state (or eligibility) Recent experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy environment strongly preferred Sound clinical reasoning, interpersonal communication, and patient advocacy skills Ability to uphold confidentiality and professional codes of conduct
