Key Responsibilities:
Complete thorough patient evaluations and develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. Delegate and direct therapy services, ensuring delivery aligns with physician recommendations and patient needs. Design functional therapy programs to support effective community reintegration. Serve as an educator—for patients, families, students, and colleagues—to cultivate a collaborative learning environment. Adhere to clinical guidelines, organizational policies, and regulatory standards while maintaining up-to-date, accurate documentation. Promote a culture of safety in every aspect of patient care and team collaboration. Contribute to performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives. Actively pursue continuing education and professional development, integrating best practices into your work.
Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma. Experience with outpatient therapy in hospital settings preferred. Ability to demonstrate clinical reasoning, goal-oriented care planning, and commitment to patient safety. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and mentorship of students.
