Travel assignment, full-time hours required
Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida Experience in an outpatient, hospital-based, or rehabilitation setting preferred Solid knowledge of therapy evaluation, plan development, and treatment modification Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Commitment to patient and employee safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans per patient needs and physician direction Delegate and guide discipline-specific therapy services to ensure quality patient care Design functional treatment programs to help patients safely re-integrate into community activities Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers as necessary Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with all regulations and facility policies Uphold professional codes of conduct and safety standards at all times Participate in performance improvement and professional development initiatives
