Working in this setting will expose you to a full spectrum of patient populations—pediatrics through geriatrics—broadening your expertise and enhancing your clinical versatility. Schedule/Hours Expect a balanced work week, averaging 10 patient visits per day and approximately 50 per week. Key Responsibilities Conduct gross motor assessments for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Develop and implement care plans tailored to orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. Address a wide variety of diagnoses, such as orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, and neurodegenerative conditions. Build a growing caseload through Next Gen screening and assessments. Maintain thorough and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with all facility standards. Display professionalism in patient care and communication, adhering to a business casual dress code. Desired Experience and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred, though new graduates will be considered. Proficiency in evaluating and treating orthopedic and neurological conditions (detailed experience with conditions such as ACL tears, fractures, Alzheimer's, and vestibular disorders is advantageous). Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development. Strong communication and time management skills.
