Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician directives Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring the highest standards of care Design functional treatment programs that support patients' successful return to community activities Educate patients, families, students, and team members to promote understanding and optimize rehabilitation outcomes Complete timely and accurate medical record documentation in accordance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines Participate in ongoing performance improvement and safety initiatives, following protocols to foster a secure environment Support student learning and professional development within the clinic Practice in full compliance with state, federal, and professional regulations and codes of conductDesired Experience and Qualifications:
