Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid PT licensure in the state (or eligibility to obtain) Background in hospital-based and outpatient therapy Experience with patient evaluation, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration Commitment to professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practice Outstanding communication, delegation, and teaching skills
Core Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized, physician-directed therapy plans for assigned patients Modify plans as needed to achieve patient goals, ensuring effective transitions to community activities Direct and delegate therapy services, supporting safe and optimal outcomes Serve as an educator for patients, families, coworkers, and students Document all care activities clearly, concisely, and in compliance with clinic policies and regulations Adhere to personal appearance, attendance, and punctuality guidelines Promote patient and employee safety in every aspect—safe handling, infection control, hazard awareness, and risk reporting Engage proactively in continuing education, professional development, and performance improvement initiatives
