Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Current, valid physical therapy license (or eligibility) in applicable state Recent experience in an outpatient or hospital-based therapy environment Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to delegate and direct therapy services to meet patient needs Commitment to upholding ethical practices and compliance standards Strong interpersonal skills, serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and fellow staff Dedication to professional development through continuing education and engagement in professional organizations
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Modify interventions as needed to meet therapy goals and physician directives Document all clinical activity accurately and promptly Contribute to a culture of patient and employee safety, following clinic guidelines and risk reduction practices Mentor students and participate in professional development programs Remain updated on state practice acts, performance improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
