Qualifications:
Current and valid state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to maintaining patient safety and upholding professional codes of conduct
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans focused on safe and effective community reintegration Document all care, goals, quality indicators, and assessments clearly and in compliance with regulatory and facility standards Supervise and delegate therapy services appropriately for assigned patients Serve as an educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students Foster a safe working environment by following best practices for patient handling, infection control, and accident prevention Actively pursue professional development and continuing education opportunities Uphold regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards at all times
