Valid, active Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Previous experience or strong clinical rotations in hospital-based outpatient therapy preferred Demonstrated excellence in evaluation, care planning, and therapy interventions Ability to delegate and provide direction to therapy aides or assistants Strong communication and education skills with patients, families, students, and peers Commitment to ongoing professional development, ethics, and compliance with all regulatory requirementsRole Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop/modify individualized treatment plans aligned with physician direction and patient-centered goals Ensure all therapy services are delivered safely, efficiently, and with superior quality Educate and mentor patients, families, students, and co-workers on therapeutic interventions Accurately and concisely complete all medical record documentation and administrative tasks Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for clinical care and program delivery Adhere to clinic guidelines regarding personal appearance, attendance, punctuality, and state/federal rules Uphold organizational safety standards, actively identifying and managing potential workplace risksExceptional Benefits & Perks:
