Desired Qualifications:
Current license or eligible as a Physical Therapist in Michigan Recent acute care or hospital-based PT experience preferred Ability to delegate effectively to clinical support staff Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations—skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular Develop, implement, and update goal-specific treatment regimens in coordination with physicians and support staff Oversee and co-sign care provided by PT Assistants as required Schedule therapy sessions, coordinating with patients, families, and caregivers Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies
