Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current, valid PT license (or eligibility for licensure) Experience in a hospital outpatient setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and evaluation skills Dedication to safety, with awareness of handling and environment best practices Willingness to pursue continued professional development Ability to work well as part of a collaborative, results-oriented team Adherence to professional codes of conduct and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and individualized treatment plans Delegate therapy services and coordinate care with fellow clinicians Ensure clear, concise, and timely documentation in accordance with regulations Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Promote a safe work environment and patient safety as top priorities Participate in student mentorship and ongoing self-development Contribute feedback and ideas to improve performance and program outcomes Maintain compliance with all company guidelines regarding professional appearance, attendance, and punctuality
