Full-time travel position (details on shifts upon interview or application)Essential Qualifications:
Valid and current Physical Therapy (PT) license, meeting Texas state and regulatory requirements Prior experience in acute or outpatient hospital settings preferred Proficiency in comprehensive patient evaluation, plan development, and progressive care Strong organizational and communication abilities Commitment to continuing education and ongoing professional growthKey Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and implement patient-centered therapy plans in accordance with physician directives Delegate and oversee specific therapy services; guide assigned staff and students Establish functional treatment programs targeted at patients' safe return to daily activities Educate patients, families, colleagues, and self; foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment Ensure medical documentation is precise and timely per required regulations and clinic policies Uphold rigorous safety standards for patient and staff wellbeing, promoting a culture of safety awareness Remain informed on performance improvement practices and actively participate in process enhancementsBenefits & Travel Perks:
