Schedule/Hours:

9 hour shifts 4 days per week Weekend rotation required

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapy license (must be obtained prior to submission) Previous hospital-based experience strongly preferred Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach with healthcare colleagues Strong documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for a diverse inpatient population Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to develop and execute individualized care plans Educate patients and families on treatment goals, therapeutic exercises, and discharge planning Accurately document assessments, progress, and outcomes for quality patient care
