Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract; typical hospital hours will be discussed in detail during the hiring process
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina, or eligibility through the PT compact (Compact Eligible State) Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to adapt to dynamic working environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients within a hospital setting Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on optimizing patient outcomes Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home strategies
