Travel assignment; flexible to meet patient and facility needsQualifications/Desired Experience:
Active Physical Therapist license, eligible in Texas Prior experience in an outpatient or hospital-based therapy setting preferred Strong documentation skills and familiarity with medical record systems Ability to delegate and direct therapy services for optimal patient outcomes Commitment to continued professional development Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teamsResponsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and construct effective rehabilitation plans Manage all patient care within established guidelines and regulatory standards Maintain concise, accurate, and compliant medical records Educate and mentor patients, families, students, and clinical staff Uphold clinic appearance and standards, attendance, and punctuality policies Proactively identify safety risks and uphold all patient and staff safety protocols Engage in ongoing learning, attending continuing education and contributing to the facility's performance improvement initiativesBenefits and Travel Perks:
