Key Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current, unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based therapy settings strongly preferred Commitment to professional growth through continuing education and self-development Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans focused on effective community reintegration Provide clinical direction and delegation for assigned therapy staff Maintain clear, timely, and compliant documentation Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students Uphold all clinical policies, safety standards, and state/federal regulations Participate actively in quality improvement and performance initiatives Support a safe environment for both patients and staff by adhering to all safety protocols
