Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Step into a dynamic inpatient rehab environment as a Physical Therapist, working with a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered outcomes. This opportunity is tailored for experienced professionals who thrive in hospital-based settings and are committed to making a meaningful impact every day.
Schedule:
Day shifts,
Monday-Friday:
8:00am - 4:30pm Five 8-hour shifts per week One weekend required per month Occasional holiday coverage may be needed No on-call responsibilities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital physical therapy experience Current South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License (active at contract start) BLS certification required Strong understanding of patient mobility and therapy modalities within inpatient rehab settings First-time travelers are not being considered for this assignment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to adult patients in a 28-bed hospital inpatient rehabilitation unit Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to achieve optimal patient outcomes Utilize Epic for thorough, efficient charting and documentation Support safe patient mobility, develop individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and families Maintain professional standards in accordance with facility protocols and rehabilitation best practices
