Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations and crafting individualized, function-focused therapy plans in alignment with patient goals and physician directives. Overseeing therapy services for assigned patients, including effective delegation and direction of discipline-specific care. Designing treatment programs to ensure successful return to community activities and optimal patient outcomes. Educating patients, families, colleagues, and students, fostering a culture of learning and safety. Adhering to high standards of compliance, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Promoting and maintaining a safe environment, demonstrating awareness of and adherence to safety protocols including patient handling, workplace hazards, and infection prevention.

Qualifications we seek:

Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas or eligibility for licensure. Prior experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings is advantageous.
