Key Qualifications:
Valid, current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Georgia (or eligible for licensure) Hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and patient-focused care planning Commitment to continued professional development and education Adherence to professional standards and codes of conduct
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and modify therapy plans according to patient needs and physician direction Delegate and oversee therapy services delivered to assigned patients Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinic requirements Educate patients, families, colleagues, and students; participate in professional development and organizational performance improvement initiatives Promote and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff in alignment with best practices
