Schedule/Hours:

New hire orientation: 16 hours every Monday Summer holidays: Required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Expectation to cover on-call, OT, and holiday shifts per department needs

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with hospital-based experience Comfort working with geriatric populations in an interdisciplinary team Ability to adapt to floating assignments within the specialty Experience with EMR systems, preferably

EPIC Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy assessment, planning, and interventions for seniors Collaborate with RNs, OTs, and other therapy professionals Document care using

EPIC EMR

Maintain flexibility for floating, on-call, and additional duties as needed
