Desired Qualifications:
Active, current state Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility) Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy environment preferred Demonstrated compliance with therapy standards, state regulations, and professional codes of conduct Skills in patient evaluation, treatment plan development, and outcome-focused care Ability to educate patients, families, and peers Commitment to professional growth, including ongoing education and skill development

Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician guidance Oversee discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring quality, safety, and effective patient outcomes Document patient progress, write clear goals, and ensure compliance with medical, legal, and insurer guidelines Promote a culture of safety for patients and coworkers, with proactive attention to hazard reporting and safe workplace practices Serve as a resource and educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues Participate in performance improvement and professional development initiatives
