Travel role, full-time
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky, or eligibility to obtain Graduation from an accredited PT program Previous hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred Strong patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills Commitment to professional ethics and continuous development
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician input Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Create functional treatment programs that support effective return to community activities Educate patients, families, students, and peers on therapy processes and safety awareness Complete timely, accurate documentation according to clinic, state, and federal guidelines Promote a safe environment for patients and colleagues by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards Participate in professional development, continuing education, and student supervision as assigned Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and performance improvement initiatives
