You'll also act as an educator and mentor, sharing your knowledge with students and peers alike, and contributing to an environment where safety and superior care are at the core.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing (or eligibility to obtain) Proven clinical skills with prior experience in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred Excellent communication and organizational abilities Strong commitment to patient safety and care standards Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and student mentorship Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical documentation
Essential Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and tailor treatment plans to individual goals and physician guidance Document all patient interactions, progress, and outcomes accurately and promptly Guide and mentor therapy teams, delegating tasks appropriately for optimal patient care Maintain a safe and resourceful clinical environment, following all safety and compliance protocols Participate in performance improvement and clinical development initiatives
