Schedule/Hours:
Primarily outpatient with some acute care coverage
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (in good standing) Competency in MS Windows and necessary technology Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to delegate and supervise PT Assistants and Aides appropriately Able to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient function through both formal and informal assessment Develop and implement individualized goal-oriented treatment plans Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in accordance with regulatory standards Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses, prognosis, and home programs Recommend and coordinate adaptive/supportive equipment Ensure timely documentation and compliance with billing and regulatory standards Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, program development, and community education Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and uphold the organization's core values of
