Qualifications & Experience:
Current PT license, in good standing, with all required state-mandated education completed Prior experience in a hospital/outpatient therapy setting preferred Commitment to upholding professional standards, organizational policies, confidentiality, and ethical conduct Strong clinical reasoning and ability to customize treatment plans to individual patient needs Motivated to pursue continuous professional development and participate in performance improvement initiatives
Schedule:
Travel role—enjoy flexibility and adventure with each new assignment
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement/modifying individualized patient treatment plans in accordance with physician direction Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues Ensure safe patient care with focus on functional program design and effective return to community activities Maintain meticulous medical records, billing, and charge entries following clinic, state, and federal guidelines Participate in mentorship and education of therapy students Stay updated with best practices, pursue learning opportunities, and contribute to clinic quality and safety standards Proactively identify workplace hazards and adhere to safety policies
