Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid PT license, eligible to practice in MT Previous inpatient rehabilitation or acute hospital experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to delivering patient-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries or illnesses Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams Monitor patient progress and adapt therapy plans as needed Educate patients and their families to support recovery goals
