Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Current, valid state licensure for therapy practice in discipline. Demonstrated experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred. Skilled at evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans. Strong commitment to upholding professional standards, confidentiality, and safety policies. Engaged in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and create goal-directed therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs. Document clinical care, goal progress, and patient outcomes with accuracy and timeliness. Direct, delegate, and supervise therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices. Foster a safe environment, proactively addressing patient and staff safety in all activities. Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, supporting a culture of learning.
