Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid, current Physical Therapy licensure in the applicable state Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Commitment to patient and employee safety practices Willingness to participate in professional development and student education Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans following physician orders Implement, modify, and assess therapy programs to support patients' return to functional activities Accurately document patient care and outcomes according to clinical, state, and federal standards Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients Educate patients, families, and peers, supporting a positive clinical environment Actively pursue ongoing professional growth and participate in student mentorship Adhere to safety, attendance, and appearance standards, demonstrating exemplary conduct at all times
