Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist license in Iowa (or eligibility to obtain) Outpatient and/or hospital-based PT experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Commitment to ethical practice and safety Excellent organizational and communication abilities Experience with documentation and compliance standards
Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals and physician direction Direct and delegate therapy services appropriately Design functional programs to strengthen patient recovery and return to community life Deliver superior care with a focus on patient and employee safety Educate patients, families, students, and peers Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all regulatory requirements
