Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs and physician directives Delegate and provide direction for all physical therapy services to assigned patients Design functional treatment programs aimed at effective community reintegration Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment Maintain meticulous documentation, including goal writing, quality assessments, and compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines Ensure adherence to signed physician orders and insurance approvals necessary for care delivery Advocate for patient and employee safety through risk identification, policy adherence, and proactive hazard reporting as part of a safety-focused culture Participate in student mentorship and professional development activities to cultivate both personal and organizational growth Sustain all licensure and continuing education requirements, upholding ethical and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:
