Travel assignment, flexible to facility needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans using clinical reasoning and current best practices Modify and implement therapy interventions towards patient-specific goals to facilitate community reintegration Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring seamless, interdisciplinary care Serve as an educator to patients, families, colleagues, and students, facilitating knowledge sharing and robust support systems Perform thorough and timely documentation, including goals, assessments, quality indicators, and required compliance reporting Maintain up-to-date professional licensure and adhere strictly to regulatory standards and clinic policy Actively participate in patient and employee safety initiatives (e.g., safe patient handling, infection control, environment hazard identification) Engage in professional development and continuous learning through ongoing education, self-study, and participation in professional organizations Contribute feedback for process improvement to enhance service quality and safety
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted state licensure and professional standing Proven competency and skill in providing discipline-specific patient care Experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings preferred Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills Commitment to upholding ethics, confidentiality, and organizational values
